The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) named Joe Finley the new District Six Engineer. He succeeds Ron Hall, who recently became KDOT’s Director of Field Operations.
Finley began his KDOT career in 1985 as an Engineer-in-Training in Dodge City. He later served as a Construction Engineer I and then as a Construction Engineer II.
