Delesa Jean (Coleman) Canary, 41, died Sunday, May 19, 2024 in the Harry Hynes Hospice Center at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.
She was born Oct. 23, 1982 to Joe Coleman and Dorothy (Green) Coleman.
She married Tommas Eugene Canary Feb. 29, 2012. He survives.
Carrol Letha Leonard, 75, died Friday, May 17, 2024 at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton.
She was born June 7, 1948 in Hugoton.
Her love for cooking was evident to all who tasted her delicious meals, and her dedication to helping children with their 4-H projects showcased her nurturing spirit.
Glenna Alice Nix, 94, died Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Pioneer Manor in Hugoton.
She was born Dec. 29, 1929 to Elmer and Lucille Munkres.
She married Paul Nix Sept. 4, 1948. He preceded her in death in 2014.
JOHNSON – Maudie Chaffin, 87, died Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Stanton County Hospital in Johnson.
She was born June 28, 1936 to Nels and Rozella (Carroll) Jensen.
She married Barry R. Chaffin Dec. 25, 1982. He preceded her in death.
JOHNSON – Keren Elizabeth (Lowman) Duran, 83, died Monday, May 6, 2024 in Overland Park.
She was born Oct. 6, 1940 to Clyde "Deacon" and Bertha Nadine (Combes) Lowman.
She attended elementary and high school in Lebo, and continued her education at the Kansas State Teachers College of Emporia.
