ULYSSES – Lavonne Michael, 89, died Thursday, July 11, 2024 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
She was born Oct. 11, 1934 to Ottis William and Thelma May (Cochran) Reese.
She married James “Mike” Michael April 21, 1953. He preceded her in death in 2019.
Robert "Bob" Cotter, 87, died Tuesday, July 9, 2024 in Liberal.
He was born Oct. 17, 1936 to Earl and Ethel (Miller) Cotter.
He married Bernadean Kraber Aug. 11, 1990. She preceded him in death March 4, 2010.
ULYSSES – Virginia Arlene Diaz, 70, died Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born May 21, 1954 to Phillipe and Florence (Muniz) Guerrero.
She married Esteban Diaz Oct. 4, 1973. He survives.
ULYSSES – Geneva Amy Orosco, 39, died Sunday, June 30, 2024.
She was born Oct. 30, 1984 to Antonio and Geneva (Pauda) Ramos.
She married Daniel Orosco April 21, 2013. He survives.
ULYSSES – Robert Bruce Carter, 76, died Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City.
He was born Dec. 25, 1947 to Robert and Billie (Elliott) Carter.
He married Laura Ann Graham Feb. 27, 1971. She preceded him in death.
