Richard D. Anderson, 77, of Edmond, Okla., passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Richard was born May 10, 1949 to Robert and Ruth Ann Anderson in Washington, Iowa.

He graduated from Washington High School in 1967.

He was born Feb. 13, 1948 to Jose and Lus (Mancera) Sanchez. 

He married Delfina Don Juan in 1971. She survives.

Harriett Ann Arnett, a loving wife, mother and grandmother age 89, died Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Good Samaritan Society in Liberal.

Harriett’s journey began Jan. 11, 1937 in Liberal, and her parents were Authur and Frieda (Winkler) Lofland. 

In 1956 she graduated from Liberal High School. Just a couple of months later, on July 22, 1956, she walked down the aisle to marry the love of her life, Richard Arnett. Together, Harriett and Richard built a beautiful life, sharing 54 incredible years of marriage, growing their family, and unwavering companionship until his passing on April 28, 2010.

KENNETH WEBSTER

Kenneth Leroy Webster was born Sept. 3, 1934 in Blackwell, Okla. to Ralph and Grace Webster. At a young age he moved with his family to Elbing, where he lived through 3rd grade. After the family moved back to Grant County, Okla., he attended Lamont schools.

After graduating with honors from Lamont High School, he attended Oklahoma A&M College, going on to complete a master’s degree in agronomy from Oklahoma State University and receiving a commission as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.

While completing his higher education, he married the love of his life, Nancy Beth Smart, and they were blessed with 70 years of marriage and four children.
