He was born Sept. 15, 1963 to Raymond and Nila (Waln) Delaney.
He married Mary JoAnn Phillips Feb. 14, 1998. She survives.

HUGOTON – Bruce Morgan Cochrane, 63, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024 at his home in Hugoton.
He was born June 3, 1961 to Michael and Karen (Kopfman) Cochrane.
He graduated from Hugoton High School in 1980.
YVONNE MATTINGLY
Yvonne Marie Mattingly, 89, of Portage, Ind., died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024 in Portage, Ind.
She was born July 27, 1935 to Herbert and Clarabelle (Fillion) Tolman in Chicago.
She married her husband, Charles, Nov. 22, 1972. He survives.
ANA PONCE
ULYSSES – Ana Maribel Ponce, 62, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born May 9, 1962 to Antonio Ponce Rodriguez and Maria de los Angeles Cortez Reyes.
As the owner and operator of Little Stars Day Care in Ulysses for 28 years, she loved and touched the lives of many children.
CHERI SHELTON
Cheri Lee Shelton, 62, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024 at the University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City.
She was born July 18, 1962 to Delbert Wayne and Florence Ann (Shephard) Dodson.
She married Kenneth “Gene” Shelton Jr. July 26, 1990. He survives.
